Dear First Grade Parents,
My name is Cassie Haidin and I am very excited to be your child's first grade teacher! I love being a Scarborough Husky! My teaching experience has been spent over the years in 1st grade.
I was born and raised in Iowa and then moved to San Antonio. I graduated from UTSA with a bachelor's degree and I also have a master's degree from Walden University. When I am not teaching you can find me spending time with my family and friends.
One thing I love most about teaching first grade is just seeing the growth that is going to take place this year in your children, especially when it comes to reading! I enjoy this age and can’t wait to get to know my students!
Always remember my door is open to you! Please call for a conference any time. My daily conference period is from 1:15-2:00. The school phone number is
210-397-8000. I may also be contacted by school email. My email address is [email protected].
I look forward to an unforgettable and successful school year that will be filled with a lot of learning and fun!
